feeling accomplished?
Here’s a tiny update on the small things that make me happy. I finally left the office without feeling like a complete idiot. But that’s largely because I’ve been reduced to a quivering mass of disappointment for quite a while now. Nonetheless, even progress measured in angstroms feels nice.
My other noteworthy achievement today is finally getting on the all-time high score list on the Robotron machine here. A solid middle ranking at number 17 with 290,575 points. To do well at that game your heart rate has to be racing and you have to be twitching and moving like a fiend.
When I saw Jeff reach his all time best and current office record, I swear I thought he was having – or about to have – a heart attack. After tallying a massive score of 687,400 points he was covered in a thin film of sweat and he looked completely drained – like a PCP junkie that killed his way past a platoon of cops but exhausted his whole stash in the process. But that makes it sound so ugly.
I need to post some random photos of Seattle or something. Did I mention there’s this Mexican restaraunt called Dos Amigos a block away from work that is quick, cheap and delicious? Yay for that and yay for me eating there.

i never found that calm and i’m sure did my best to wrench the stick free from the box with the red button. blaming the joystick’s slow response and not my own, i decided my recreational calling was elsewhere. blasted hamfists!
